1. Scope and orders

The Seller provides software-related services and may sell non-licensed electronic equipment and related goods. A binding sales contract is concluded when the Seller accepts the Buyer's order or otherwise confirms the transaction. Before a consumer becomes bound, the essential characteristics, total price, payment method, delivery terms and any applicable restrictions must be shown or agreed.

2. Prices and payment

Consumer prices are stated inclusive of VAT where applicable unless clearly indicated otherwise. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout, in the offer or invoice. The Seller may refuse or cancel an order where payment is not received, a clear pricing error occurred, the item is unavailable, or fulfilment would be unlawful; amounts already received for a cancelled order are refunded.

3. Consumer withdrawal

A consumer purchasing at a distance generally has 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. After notifying the Seller, the consumer must return the goods without undue delay and normally within 14 days. Unless the Seller agrees otherwise, the consumer bears the direct return cost. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of return is supplied.

Online withdrawal request

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an unambiguous request containing your name, order/reference number and the goods concerned. This electronic route is provided as a simple means to initiate withdrawal.

Withdraw from a contract

4. Quality and legal guarantee

Consumer goods are covered by the statutory conformity guarantee required by Lithuanian law. The Seller remains responsible for non-conformity that becomes apparent within the statutory period. For goods purchased from 31 July 2026, additional Lithuanian rules implementing the EU right-to-repair regime may extend the statutory guarantee when a consumer chooses repair instead of replacement, where those rules apply.

5. B2B transactions

Statutory consumer rights, including consumer withdrawal rules, do not apply to purchasers acting for business or professional purposes unless mandatory law provides otherwise. B2B delivery, warranty and return terms may be agreed separately in an offer, order confirmation or contract.

6. Liability and disputes

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Consumers should first contact the Seller. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, a consumer may use the applicable Lithuanian out-of-court consumer dispute procedure, including the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT), subject to its competence and procedural requirements.

Privacy Policy

Solomon LT, UAB acts as data controller for personal data processed in connection with enquiries, orders, contracts, delivery, accounting and website operation.

1. Data we process

  • identity and contact information provided by you;
  • order, invoice, delivery and payment-status information;
  • business correspondence and support requests;
  • technical website data such as IP address, device/browser information and security logs where generated.

2. Purposes and legal bases

Data may be processed to take steps at your request before a contract and to perform a contract; to comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations; for legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, service administration and establishing or defending legal claims; and, where required, on the basis of consent.

3. Recipients and transfers

Data may be disclosed only as necessary to payment providers, banks, accountants, hosting/IT providers, delivery carriers, professional advisers and public authorities entitled to receive it. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, an appropriate GDPR transfer mechanism must be used where required.

Personal data is kept only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose and applicable statutory limitation, tax and accounting periods. Enquiry data that does not result in a contract is retained only for a reasonable follow-up period unless a longer period is justified.

5. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI).

6. Contact

Privacy enquiries may be sent to gar@somail.org or to Solomon LT, UAB, A. Vivulskio g. 7, Vilnius, Lithuania.

Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Delivery area and price

Available delivery destinations, carriers, delivery charges and estimated times are shown before the order is confirmed or agreed individually for a remote order. Where no fixed delivery time has been agreed with a consumer, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law.

2. Dispatch and risk

The Buyer must provide accurate delivery details. For consumer sales, risk generally passes when the consumer or a person designated by the consumer physically receives the goods, except where the consumer independently commissions a carrier not offered by the Seller.

3. Returns after withdrawal

Returned goods should be protected and packaged appropriately. A consumer is responsible only for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Refunds include the standard outbound delivery cost required by law, but not an upgrade to a more expensive delivery option chosen by the consumer.

4. Defective or incorrect goods

If goods are defective, damaged, incomplete or different from the order, contact the Seller promptly with the order reference and relevant evidence. Consumer remedies are applied according to mandatory Lithuanian consumer law and cannot be reduced by this Policy.
